In 1983 I was approached by Mike Chaney, owner of Central Coast Surfboards, to help the operation get started in mail-order.
Central Coast Surfboards in San Luis Obispo, is the oldest operating
surf shop in California.
Created in 1998 this logo ran as the official Cal Poly logo for twenty years.
I updated the Panavision logo to compliment a new line of
Panavision brochures and shell sheets.

Craig Vetter.
The logo has held up well over the years, still giving the company a contemporary foundation for it's solid brand.
